- I spent 3 months in the lower ninth in the fall of 2007. Among the locals I met was a woman in her 60's who was living in one of those trailers,and tried the entire time I knew her to find another place to live while her son and others fixed up her home.

- Why do we continue to have these stories pop up from time to time. Release all information related to any govt testing of any kind. Why do we continue to screw over veterans.

- When will this nightmare end? I'm hoping for Bush,Cheney et al to be tried as war criminals. But I'll settle for a OBAMA victory in November. And I'm a 57 year white male on disability, and voting for the guy. His election will be bigger than "walking on the moon".

- I found out about RFK's murder while waiting in the car for my mother. I was going to drive her to the train station. She had barely come to terms the JFK and MLK murders. And now this.

- I too was first exposed to Bo Diddley at a CCR concert. Before he left the stage. Bo walked up tp a microphone and said."when you are drivin' on the thruway tonight and the cops pull you over. When the cop asks if your high,tell him you've been "Bo Diddleyed.
